This hotel did give my and my husband a warm service which was not expected. The service started from the receptionist till everyone who worked here were exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was also great for the price like that. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to stay in Ubud without using their much money to stay in a great hotel... The bathroom is outstanding.

Very comfortable private hotel. From check-in to check-out, to the special taste. There is a shuttle service around Ubud. Btw, if you come here, trying to use the hotel transport, don't take it personally, the parking is rather minimal.

Had the most pleasant stay here! The staff are really friendly and I felt really really spoiled. The food was really nice! They provide free 24/7 shuttle to various places in Ubud, and feels like will go the extra mile to make sure our stay is impeccable. definitely will be coming back again in the future 😊

Highly recommended for staying here. A strategic place for sightseeing in Ubud, a very good reception by the hotel staff, very friendly staff and fast response, the rooms are also very good, the bathroom is super spacious, and also very clean for the rooms, bathrooms and around the hotel. Recommended for honey moon.

+ The hotel is small but very comfortable to live there, it feels like home. The staff are all friendly and dare to say hello. The cooking also entered my taste. The location is close to Monkey Forest. Unique, because they are lent mobile phones because they do not use room telephone facilities. Each left away for a while, suddenly the room was neat again, very diligent. - I want to try a massage but there is only 1 therapist, parking is very small, the sign is almost invisible and in my room since it was only 2 months in operation, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it used sometimes a little smelly. But surely they will upgrade the facilities in the future. The bathroom seemed to be rarely checked while we were away. Overall satisfying stay at Sapodilla Ubud.

Me and my husband arrived late,but I had made call about it, so when we arrived the room had been ready. So clean, calm, and help desk so helpful. The staff even initiative lend us their helmet when ours get wet due to rain. Sapodilla will be our favorite place to stay at ubud. Please consider registered halal food on your menu. Thank you
