Clean rooms, just as rich in photos, very private suitable for those who want to vacation but want to stay quiet at the hotel. Food in the café is really good. Then I think the breakfast will originate because it is cheap, it turns out the dishes are as rich in the cafe, touched. Waiting for the holiday will come here again!

The receptionist was not there when I arrived. So we had to wait when we wanted to check in. The receptionist is not always on standby at his place. At half past 8 at night the reception office was quiet and there was no one there. The TV in the room had no channels at all. The receptionist himself was asked this and that and was a bit unable to answer.

Deluxe type order, for staff, there are rarely any people because the number of personnel is lacking, the facilities listed do not include a hairdryer, for the sitting toilet there is not enough manual shower for those who are not used to automatic ones, it will definitely feel strange, overall it is really good, recommended

When I wanted to check in, I was not greeted warmly by the staff at the reception, there was no smile at all and even asked and answered in a rude and rushed tone, did not give any explanation, even when I asked about additional breakfast, the staff answered curtly. Then in terms of room cleanliness, there was a lot of trash in the area under and around the mattress from who knows when, the bathroom was also not very clean because there were some stains on the equipment and the room. Then the exhaust in the bathroom was dead so the bathroom was very stuffy. The hotel area itself is also not considered clean. There is only one entrance and it is very muddy, muddy. Then this hotel does offer views and easy access to the beach/sea, but rather than that it can be called a sea of garbage because in front of the restaurant area adjacent to the beach there is a lot of garbage that is only cleaned in the morning and even then it is only pushed closer to the sea so it is the same as still having garbage. Then the hotel also looks a bit unkempt because there are some rooms in the restaurant that are left empty and not neatly arranged, even when there I rarely saw the hotel staff. Then in terms of food when breakfast is actually delicious, but for some reason there are only 3 menus and you have to choose one when checking in the previous day and the portion is very small. For additional breakfast pay 75 thousand, but waiting for it takes a long time when ordering. I think it's enough to just stay there once, because there is no hospitality at all.

quite comfortable place for refreshing brg Kel,, room is okay,, service is very friendly,, even though there was a little obstacle when checking in gr2 from Trav**KA who was not careful or it was the end of the year and weekend so the application was error
but overall all can be resolved with the help of the hotel
the main thing is the vacation this time was very memorable..
Next time you can come back again, okay...
for the Trav****KA app, please improve it again for its accuracy..

Very comfortable. Clean and spacious room. Cold AC, close to the beach. Clean bathroom, no smell. It's just that we got a towel with yellow stains and torn. Then for the bed sheets and pillows are a bit damp, maybe because it's in a beach area. Then for the taste of the food is quite good, it just seems like it needs to be double checked again. Because we felt like we ordered menu A, but it said B. And because we didn't double check, so we were sent menu B. But it doesn't matter because it's still edible. Suggestions for the future can be added to the variety of food menus

I've been coming here often but lately it's really bad, the TV is off, I told the staff that they don't follow up at all, the food orders are closed at 10:30, there are still no orders at 9, but the staff is not friendly at all. Especially the front office staff who are also the restaurant cashiers are very bad

When I entered the room I was shocked, because the floor of the room was still wet. Given a towel to wipe the floor yourself, the sink leaked and had not been repaired. Already ordered by Traveloka at 13.00 but arrived at the villa at 14.00 the room was not ready and was not on the guest list. Sorry I didn't include a photo because I was in a bad mood when I first entered the room.
