The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room we ordered was on the 3rd floor and coincidentally the hotel didn't have a lift, in the end we were upgraded to a deluxe and ground floor suite, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is very pleasant with all the activities and trade in accessories/souvenirs. MaturSuksma Guys.

Saya pilih kamar tipe premier tapi tidak diinfokan bahwa lokasi di lantai 3 dan hanya ada akses tangga. Sementara saya bawa orang tua dan ibu hamil. Ternyata di sini kamar yang bagus justru di lantai paling atas. Seharusnya diinfokan mengenai lokasi kamar. Resepsionis hanya 1 orang juga dan baru mau membantu bawa barang setelah saya minta. Pada saat saya datang, AC juga belum dinyalakan. Seharusnya AC dinyalakan sebelum costumer check in sehingga saat datang costumer tidak kepanasan. AC nya pun tidak dingin. Maaf bintang 1 kalo dari saya.

We need to emphasize that all room types have been explained in detail for each room type, perhaps you were not careful in reading it as follows: "The hotel's rooms have just been renovated, located on the 3rd floor with more elegant and artistic interior, completed with new furniture, newly designed bathroom with shower."2. We always prepare ready-to-use rooms, one of which is in the AC-ON position one hour before check-in, when we are provided with information about the guest's arrival time. For other shortcomings in our service, we apologize from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you, Management.

The walls and floor of the room were dirty, the room smelled, the receptionist at check-in was very unfriendly (she had a sarcastic smile) but a guy with a welcome drink is good. The hotel is being renovated and looks very traditional and the furniture is also traditional but the toilet looks modern and very spacious. When I wanted to check out, the other girl at the receptionist was very friendly and willing to hear my complaints. However, I only use 1 night out of the 4 nights that I have booked and paid for.

Location near Seminyak beach, near motorbike rental too. The entrance to the room is quite illuminated even though it is quiet. For standard room description 1 bed or 2 beds. But in reality there are only 2 bed standard rooms even though we've added note 1 bed. Please revise the statement. FO check-in time on 01/09 is rather strange. Complain to request 1 bed, submit an option, accept 2 beds or cancel it. Emotional dah, how could it have been D day told to find another hotel to eat time and we were tired. Breakfast select menu. Overall facilities in accordance with the price. Don't expect too much.
