A nice and good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The cons was you can hear lots of voices from outside. I hope the noise isolation can be better for this hotel. Overall this hotel was good

This hotel offers comfort and satisfaction. The access to Ciwalk is very convenient. The day I stayed at Sensa was the time I wasn’t planning to go anywhere but just wanting to relax, and Sensa offered it all. The breakfast was great too.

Nice hotel, beautiful view from my room at night. Very near to shopping mall & culinary (beside the hotel). Good service & tasty breakfast. But, you can only check in after 4.00 pm, especially during peak season, you will definitely wait even longer.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The location has direct access to CiWalk. The breakfast place is a bit small so it is divided into two shifts, but the types of food are quite diverse.

This holiday we stayed at Sensa Suite. There was a slight technical problem in the room. Because of the alertness of the hotel staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Overall, this hotel is amazing.

Spacious room, spacious twin bed, 135 cm. The window opens to a balcony and is immediately greeted by a view of the city and mountains. The location is directly to the mall with the most oxygen.

The service is very good, the room is nice and spacious, although there are small ants, maybe because there are sweet foods, for all requests are accommodated by the hotel well, the AC is cold, the water is smooth, only the TV is still an old model, not a smart TV, access to the Ciamplas Mall is just walking from the hotel door directly, so far so good, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again, hopefully the TV will be a smart TV, thank you Sensa Hotel.

This hotel is really cool, it is directly connected to Ciwalk, especially if you stay here during the fasting month, so you won't be confused about sahur and breaking the fast. It's the best, I will come back again with my extended family later

Overall good My room was in the corner so half of the room was full of glass including the bathroom so the bathroom window was covered by curtains (showering was uncomfortable). The 5th floor room and pool view were at risk of being snooped by people. Laundry was ok Receptionist service was ok FNB's service was not good but the food was just standard hotel food.
