Room was bigger than I thought. The location is quite great since it was near several markets and restaurants, coffee shops. Ask for the underground path so it will be faster to get to the MRT and markets.

You know what great from sotis hotel, in the room they have a cofee machine with 2 coffee powder bali and toraja.

Top notch first class service! From security, housekeeping, front office everyone were so friendly. I was allowed to have late check out. The location is 100 meters away from terminal blok m. However, at night it gets quite scary to walk around. The major down side comes from the poor water quality from shower to sink.

The room is clean, with only few stains on the mirror in the bathroom but it ' s still acceptable. The food is quite good and what impressed me the most was the customer service. On the last dat of my stay, I wasn't feeling well, the restaurant called me and offered to deliver the food to my room. I didn't expect full breakfast menu to be provided but they did, including warm water and the medicine. Will difinitely stay again if I visit Jakarta.
