The room is not very clean, there is a lot of dust and hair still scattered on the floor. The sheets don't smell good. The room is not soundproof because the neighbors are noisy. The AC is not placed directly facing the bed. There is no closet or place to hang clothes. But the toilet is already good and clean. Thank you🙏🏻

If it's just for lying down, okay. But if you want to stay for a few days, you'd better go to another hotel. The AC is hot, the stairs smell. The photos and reality don't match, there are lots of lies.

Please always make sure your bedsheets smell good. Yesterday, I swear, the pillowcases smelled so bad that I sprayed my perfume. Even though it's cheap, don't do that.

We only transited for one night at this hotel, but thank God the room was quite comfortable, the mattress was soft, the AC was cold, the extra bed could be for children, the service was good. I just want to give a suggestion, maybe there needs to be a rule not to smoke in the room, yesterday it was a bit uncomfortable because the smell of cigarette smoke was still lingering but its okay, no problem overall it's good for this price. Oh yeah, the hotel is currently under renovation, guys. Thank you, Hotel Sejati.

For me personally, yes. This is very, very bad. It's really not the same as the picture. I checked in through the app, but when I arrived, oh my gosh 🥹 😭 it was really scary, really bad 🙏🏻Please, the owner, don't post amazing pictures, when in fact they don't match. I came just to check the room and then left, the room was burnt to ashes. It was uncomfortable to sleep 😓.

Please re-survey the validation of the suitability of the applied photos that do not match the real ones, the hotel does not match the pictures, the room is dirty, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is moldy, the walls are moldy.

the first time I entered the room, I felt a horrible aura, the hairs on my neck stood on end, the smell of musty smell when I entered the bathroom made it even more horrible, until I showered I couldn't close the door, I was so afraid of staying there that I had to use a lot of murotal, but after the 2nd day, Alhamdulillah, the negative smell disappeared. Dirty sheets are rich and not replaced, it's hard again, the influence of the renovation time, plus the room is spacious, good TV, hot water, the minus is that the wifi doesn't work, the AC doesn't get cold, the floor is more clean, yes🙄

Room floor is not properly cleaned. Stair is slippery. Wifi is very unstable especially at 3rd floor. Amenities is just 1 bar of soap and 1 bottle of small mineral water. No lift.
