Room floor is not properly cleaned. Stair is slippery. Wifi is very unstable especially at 3rd floor. Amenities is just 1 bar of soap and 1 bottle of small mineral water. No lift.

Lorong bau bangkai AC tidak dingin di kamar gerah sekali. Lantai sangat berdebu. Toilet jorok.

The staff is okay. The room is big but no dresser. No water heater/boiler. The toilet is leaking.

A lot of hair on the ground floor near the bath smwll bad unsatisfied at all. Rather better I stay in the clean guest house than a *hotel*.they said
