Got free upgrade from standard suite to family suite. It has 3 beds and 2 floor, very spacious. Previously this hotel has a direct access to the beach, but now the bridge has broken. You need to walk around 5-7 mins to reach the beach. From the beach, you can go to Finns beach club in walking distance. The staffs are very helpful and deliver a good service

This Hotel has a good room, it's clean and so comforting, I can see the beach right from the balcony. The staffs are so friendly, haven't got much time to explore this hotel but will definitely go back here in the near future.

Love it here! The place was awesome the staff very helpful and friendly. The place was quiet and relaxing. Everything was perfect! Free minibars! Breakfast so good and you can order everything on the menu. Definitely will come back here!

one word : AMAZING ! Been staying there for 3 days. The service is amazing, got a lots of complimentary. 4-6 pm free tea time with snacks. 6-9 pm free flow COCKTAILS. Yep! You heard me, FREE FLOW COCKTAILS. EVERYDAY. I tried the spa too, not really good . I love the room . Very very spacious and beautiful . We really enjoy our stay there.

Pros: Love staying at the Haven for its proximity to cafes. Love the comfy bed and the huge pool. The room is also huge and the internet is perfect if you need to work while in Bali. Cons: TV channel selection in the room is sparse and the hotel is not exactly beach front (there's a small lake that separates the hotel and the beach).

A hotel with a location near the beach, it takes approximately 5 minutes from the hotel to the beach. Strategic location, close to many cafes and beach clubs. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is champion, with a comfortable layout, large bathtub. Get a balcony with a pool view. A bit disturbed by the noise from the construction of the hotel next door, but they only work from morning to evening. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

The last day in Bali during the 2022 new year holiday season we spent staying at this hotel. It turned out that our room was upgraded to be bigger and more spacious, even with a bedroom in the Attic with a terrace as well. Two thumbs up for the bathroom which is spacious and separate between the toilet and shower and is equipped with a small jacuzzi/bathtub. The swimming pool is also very friendly for children because it is not too deep. The most pleasant thing is that when our plane took off home in the afternoon, I was able to apply for a late check out permit with only a fee of IDR 50,000/hour (as long as the room was empty and not filled by the next guest). Breakfast is just standard, nothing special, not bad. Looks like will come back to stay here again later on another occasion.

Check in time was slow on the grounds that the laundry was using a third party and we had to wait until 5.30 pm to complain because no one from housekeeping made the bed or cleaned the room until that hour because we were forced to wait in the room. Because we needed to take a shower immediately, we had to call to ask for towels, and only 2 pcs came for a family room that contained 4 people, the towels were also ugly and dirty. Very disappointing for my birthday. And also there are no hangers in the upper cupboard and only in the lower cupboard. Very unprofessional.

The place is nice but there are some loose furniture, the sheets don't seem to be replaced because they smell so musty like file sheets. The service is good, the place is big, I also got a free room upgrade. The air conditioner is very noisy.
