There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. the accommodation looked exactly like pictures, comfy, clean and spacious even though in a covid pandemic state 19 situation at Makassar town. thanks for staff hotel to provide a sense of security and comfort while in the hotel. we hope will stay again soon in normal situation at Makassar 🙏

I love staying in this hotel. They are located in the city centre, by Losari beach. Choose seaview to get the best view of the beach and Makassar magnificent sunset! We stayed at peak time around New Year. So all staff must be extremely busy. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. This stay though our room was not properly clean. Need extra vacuuming. The chair was broken and part of the sofa was torn. I have suggested to the hotel management to replace it immediately to increase comfort of the next guests. I will still stay in this hotel for the view. You can explore old town part of the city in the surrounding area. Lotsof food stalls, cafes, souvenir shops, Rotterdam Fort and La Galigo Musem, the Centre Point of Indonesia, the phinisi boat ride (must in in big group) etc, all are in waking distance. I hope the hotel management improving its tired facilities to retain costumers. Thank you. Happy 2025!
