booked this hotel for head in the cloud concert but it turned out to be postponed because of this pandemic. Overall, everything went great. The breakfast menu is various, there are many choices to eat. I saw the information on receptionist that it has a shuttle to JIEXPO Kemayoran, but you should make it sure to the hotel thank you

Was here for dwp 2024 saturday night. It was great, the hotel provide us with a shuttle to go to the venue. It”s a distance walk from Jiexpo, so after the show we don't spend so much time finding transportations. Room is clean and great, beeakfast was good

The Room door does not shut properly, so sounds from the outside can be heard inside. The wifi is really bad and unusable. The hot water ia non existent. The room card took 4 trips back to the reception before it can be used to open the door.

Was given the smoking room that day. And since we were in hurry for the Bruno Mars concert, we didn't have time to ask for a different room. Blood stain on the sheets, cockroaches in the bathroom.

Overall is good, but I think dining seat near pool is not good design. People might think twice if want to swim in dining time. Or swimmer can bother people in dining.

Cons:- The wifi is super slow, avoid this hotel if you plan to work remotely.- Lack of amenities, a simple shoe polish is not available.- Its difficult to find good eateries around. Pros:- In general staff is friendly.
