We had a very good experience staying in Swiss Bellinn SKA Pekan Baru. The staff were very welcoming; the service was good. The breakfast was also good. We enjoy the location because it’s very near SKA Mall. Thank you again for the good service. Keep up the good work.

The room is good, comfortable and clean. The only issues are the lift is always takes time to wait, specially for the middle floor and the restaurant also need to wait to get the table since it's always crowded in the morning people want to take breakfast. The food is delicious and varied.

So far everything is okay during stay on this hotel for couple days till the check out proccess, has one guys front office the name is hengky have bad attitude. His rejected my son to take a pamflet promotion tools. As for front office should be his has training about sales and promotion. For increase human resource capability please focuse on detail.

The accommodation was very nice, easy access to living world & ska mall. But it was hard to find the parking lot in busy times and security didn't help much.
