Hopefully this hotel can become a cool hotel (again) in Lembang. The location is actually okay, but the facilities and conditions of the hotel need to be improved, hopefully there will be investors who will make this hotel successful (again?) The standard room tends to be quite spacious, but unfortunately it is lacking in renovation, the room smells good but because there is an automatic air freshener in the room. But the sheets, towels & mats are clean. The room may seem clean, but because the wallpaper is dull and peeling, it looks uncomfortable to the eye. There are only 4 TV channels and all are local Thank God there is warm water, there is a swimming pool but it is a bit dull, hopefully it can be clearer. The room is not soundproof, so it is uncomfortable to bring a baby when crying. However, good access, roadside, friendly staff, clean hotel with elevator Quite complete amenities Hopefully this 💫 3 hotel can really become a 3 star again and become a tourist's dream.

I booked H-1 on, and it was also the first time we used the Traveloka application. The next day on the way to Bandung, the children's mother checked and saw the hotel reviews from various social media, such as Facebook, TikTok, and also reviews on the Traveloka application. Almost all of them gave a bad rating to the Takashimaya Hotel, various comments and testimonials about the poor hotel service, dirty rooms at the hotel, the swimming pool that was under renovation, etc. I convinced our family to still visit and stay at the Takashimaya Hotel and it would be fine. Because the itinerary after the hotel was to the Floating Market, which was only 500 meters from the hotel location. After arriving there, at first I was also hesitant to check in at 3 pm, because the hotel looked deserted. And.. Alhamdulillah all our doubts, worries as a family were resolved, entering the room and bathroom inside, everything was fragrant and clean, only there was no AC in the room. There was only a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a TV. So.. for those who want to stay in Bandung, especially the Lembang area, please go to the Takashimaya Hotel, because in our opinion it is worth it with a budget of around 300 thousand - 400 thousand. Maybe some of the bad comments that have ever existed, maybe they were unlucky and the condition of the hotel is really bad. But we saw for ourselves, the Takashimaya Hotel could improve itself and do the best for all visitors. The environment is okay, only the food at the hotel is lacking

Wi-Fi does not reach all hotel rooms, in my room I only got 1 bar signal but when I was sitting in the middle the signal was full bar, please improve the internet connection facilities, and also the cleanliness of the room is lacking because there is a lot of rubbish under the bed and the floor is not completely clean.

The bed is damp and itchy, there is a lot of dust, the window curtains are also dirty, not suitable for bringing children, they have trouble sleeping because of the itching.

The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, in addition there are chairs provided in the room.

An old hotel which I've been stayed there almost 12 years ago. Need some renovation for the bathrooms since already used for a long time.

When checking in and entering the room, there were cockroaches and ants, I immediately complained and it turned out that there was no replacement room for a queen bed even though the hotel was quiet. Forced to go down to a twin bed, where the room condition was not completely clean, the toilet flush could not be done and it was very noisy.

I got a room downstairs, at the very front, on the left. Overall it was okay. But what was really not okay was that the toilet couldn't be flushed. So I need to go to the lobby to take my 'business'. Thank God, it's near. Plus the range of the wifi is so short. I cannot connect my phone to the wifi.

Overall for that price is OK for that area

1. The receptionist and staff are not friendly. 2. Very dirty, the cleanliness is not maintained at all. 3. The mattress, bed sheets are full of stains, the floor of the room is dirty and there are lots of ants and cockroaches. 4. Self-service hotel. Sweep and mop by yourself. 5. Dirty toilet. It is highly recommended not to stay here. Not worth it at all.

Not clean at room, I was left 2 jacket than phone the hotel no body pick up.

The wifi signal is bad, the bathroom is not cleaned before use.

Poor people pay 400 for something as dirty as this here, what's the point, friends, don't be fooled by the photos, the real app is super dirty.
