The place is really in a strategic area, close to everywhere. Service is OK. Only the room door for the slot lock is loose, maybe it can be fixed.

After my brother-in-law's wedding, I was choosing a place to stay overnight and found Tebu Hotel. Strategic location, affordable price including breakfast. For the room size, I ordered a deluxe, it's not big, but it's okay. There's a hairdryer in the room, good lighting, not too dim and not too bright. The food variety is also quite a lot and the taste is okay.

the bathroom door is not tight, there is a finger-sized gap. only one soap was given even though there were 2 guests. stayed for 2 days, mineral water because there was still 1 that had not been drunk, only 1 was added. no additional tea and coffee even though 1 had been used. the hotel is relatively clean, close to the culinary scene..just walk.

The rooms, both rooms and common areas, are small/cramped but still functional. What is a bit annoying is the very limited parking space.

I'll start with the positives first. - Great location. On Jl. Riau, close to various famous culinary choices. Even in the morning we had time to walk to Cihapit Market, and enjoy the atmosphere there - Very friendly and helpful staff. Starting from the staff at the check-in stage, and other staff who were quick to deliver a bathroom mat and help clean up the broken glass of mouthwash that fell and broke in the bathroom. - Price value for money. I see this hotel as a budget hotel, which is located in a strategic location. There is nothing fancy in the room. All the facilities are just basic. - Now the less pleasant things mainly happened in the bathroom: 1. The placement of the toilet tissue roll and bidet hose was a bit 'awkward' for me. Even though this is a budget hotel, it's okay to consider aesthetics a bit 2. In the morning, the water to flush the toilet was black!! And it looked like there was soil in it. This was really surprising... Others: 1. The room is not soundproof. We can hear people passing by in the hallway, and also when the occupants in the next room are talking, in the morning there was also the sound of a baby crying from the next room. 2. Every time the room door is opened there is a sound similar to a siren. Quite loud although not as loud as the sirens we hear on the street. But…. what we hear is not only when we open our own room door. The noisy siren of the Tebu Hotel room door can be heard from the room in front of our room across the hallway, and also the rooms on the right and left. It's like sleeping in a training camp with an alert atmosphere. 3. The wifi is quite weak. Even more frustrating because the Telkomsel signal is also weak in the room. How can today's families of various ages be given slow internet…? 4. I didn't go to the breakfast area on the 9th floor. I asked my son, is the breakfast at the hotel good? The answer is 'nooooo!!'. Would I book here again? Honestly, it doesn't seem like it. We want a vacation, of course we want to enjoy the facilities & pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, it was a satisfying stay at the sugar cane hotel.

a hotel with an affordable price, but it's so complete, there's a hair dryer, even an iron is provided.. where is it located in the city center, outside the hotel, right, left, front, back, there are lots of delicious foods.. it's worth it🫶🏻

The staff was very friendly. I stayed at Family Suite Room and all was good.

The staffs are friendly, but it's such a disappointment that the AC wasn't working well. It seemed that it hasn't been repaired or in maintenance for a long time. There was a leak from the AC and it wasn't cold. We arrived at 23.00 and already too tired to complaint. The parking space isn't big enough. Luckily the staff offered a valet service. The breakfast menu was a little bit of a letdown though. Especially the pastries.

We checked in at around 21.30. When we got to the room we realized we hadn't eaten. We tried contacting the hotel via WA, but there was only an automatic response. Until we checked out after staying for 3 nights, WA still didn't get a response. Maybe because there are many places to eat around the hotel so the dine-in service was neglected.
