We are satisfied with our stay at Alana Hotel. It is located in a strategic location, the room is large clean and luxurious, the breakfast is wonderful 10 stars, the swimming pool is also good, the staff is helpful and kind, we can have an easy check-in. We will stay at this hotel when we return to Jogja.

When I complain about view from window in my room there is abound building with many rubish in the pond, the officer said, sorry we are not selling view, we sale room. That was not good answer for officer work in 4-stars hotel.
