The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is very good. I request a room above, a smoking room, it can be served. Some of the obstacles I experienced "in my room": the ceiling leaks water when it rains, taking a shower using a bathtub but without blinds/curtains so water splashes everywhere, some furniture and furnishings seem to be worthy of maintenance. Suggestions for lights, if possible use lights that have warmer lighting, not all white, or at least have some light points that are warmer in color.. I still give a full smile rating, hopefully in the future it can be better, even though it is faced with the onslaught of competition and massive efficiency by the government which certainly has an impact on this sector.. keep up the spirit :D

stayed here for 2 nights + bf. because I was on a Bromo trip so I couldn't have the bf buffet on the first day, but I requested that the bf be placed in the room, and then eat it after the trip. I didn't expect the bf to go to the room, there were so many bfs provided. the next day I tried breakfast right away, there were so many variations of food and they were delicious except for the porridge 😂✌️. because I'm from Bandung, in my opinion Malang porridge tastes strange, not as delicious as Bandung porridge. but the others are okay. thank you Aliantee ❤️🥰.

Very memorable stay for 4 days and 3 nights here: 1. All staff are friendly. 2. Requests submitted to the hotel staff are immediately handled. 3. The food served at breakfast all tastes good. 4. The swimming pool facilities are also clean and comfortable. 5. The gym facilities are also very helpful in maintaining fitness while staying here. 6. Get free ice cream. 7. The hotel location is very strategic. Highly recommended to stay at the Aliante Malang hotel. See you next time....

Almost all of them are good: 1. Request provided prayer mat, less than 2 minutes, suddenly someone delivered to the room. 2. The staff are all fast. 3. The food is all delicious. 4. The swimming pool is nice, clean, and comfortable of course In every positive thing, there must be a negative thing: 1. The bathroom is really bad, the water is stagnant, it's like an overflowing gutter, it doesn't recede (Room 207). 2. The AC is not cold like in previous hotels. Thank you Aliante... Hopefully there will be improvements.... Moment of staying with my beloved wife at Aliante Hotel... 🥰🥰🥰
