The hotel had elegant environment and it feels like welcome. The bed is pretty nice and pillows are soft. Air condition is good. It also has a swimming pool on the top floor. Nice hotel to stay at.

it was a nice stay, the staff are friendly and helpful, we got welcome drink vouchers that we could change it in every outlet at the hotel. the room was very clean and comfortable

Hotel is excellent, but rooms are not sound proof, my room was on the road side. Saturday there was a illegal road racings nos in Palembang. So huge sound throught the night, no sleep at all. If you anyone want to stay in this hotel, avoid road side rooms.

Great place to stay. The hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The location is okay, but with a lack of options by foot convenience store or food options. The pool is great!
