Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The best hotel I ever stay, definitely will going back to stay when in bandung. Not only good interior as we see but their have good facilities free minibar also a automatic coffee machine. Their staff service is top really helpful and they hospitality even we go to monomono bar cafe. There food is delicious they serve so many list menu to choose. Kids friendly provide an art event for kids also color pencil in hotel room.

Is it a hotel or art space? Magnificent grand entrance I can't complain lols. Every corner of this property just artsy and thoughtful; Another mesmerizing memory spent here. Love the architectural work, aerial master design, as well as the entire facilities, just flawlessly made. Juicy yet signature Dinner and Breakfast at Semeja restaurant; local touch was presented successfully. Gratitude for outstanding hospitality was performed by the staff during my stay. I can't wait for another future stay in this property. Thanks, Gaia, well-stay, well-stay!

+ The hotel is spacious, magnificent, and clean.
+ The swimming pool is large but unfortunately it is not warm water and there is only 1 ladder to go up to the pool.
+ There is a sauna & jacuzzi, unfortunately there is no step to get up to the jacuzzi.
+ The breakfast menu is quite varied and the hotel staff is very quick to pick up the plates that have been used.

Very very satisfied staying at Gaia Hotel. Stayed 2 nights in the Upper Loft Suite. The service is maximal, total, get snacks that are like dinner. Free flow wine in the room and in the club. Service and everything is no correction at all. Good job!!

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, one of the hotel staff who helped me was Ms. Raisha who gave an explanation and information about the Gaia Bandung hotel facilities in great detail, she also helped process the late check out for us and our family. The Gaia Bandung hotel facilities are considered one of the most complete, we enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's activity room, music studio, Koi pond (fish feeding activity), and other facilities such as Gym and jogging track. The breakfast menu is also quite complete and the quality of the food and taste are very good. All of that is even more delicious because it is accompanied by a Ramadhan promo, making the room rate even more affordable. We really enjoyed our staycation with our family at the Gaia Bandung hotel. Thank you Gaia Bandung hotel, you really did a very good job. Well done👍

first time staying at GAIA hotel, very memorable, book triple club room, there is a separate club lounge for check in, room no view but there is a balcony, spacious room, complete amenities, complete snacks, water heater works well, there is a nespresso coffee machine, besides the one in the room you can still get free afternoon tea with option western menu and asian menu, and breakfast alacarte in the club area, basically it's worth it and really cool, service, location, and everything is really cool, thanks to GAIA hotel, 1 super amazing night 👏👏

From check in to end of the stay was a real blast. My room was upgraded to a Mountain View one thanks to Dimas, and the view of the room is just stunning. I couldn’t be able to sleep for a few days in Jakarta because of my jetlag but the day I arrived in Bandung and stayed in Gaia I slept like a log. Facilities are awesome, I enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. Everything is spotless, and more importantly all staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The building itself is unique and well-organized. The spacious parking lot offers easy access. The elevators are quite small, but there are four in total, which helps compensate for the limited space. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, and I especially love the greenhouses—the cacti are unique and well-maintained. Service is fairly quick; Even though the hotel was packed with families with toddlers, I was still able to get a baby chair within a reasonable time.

Thank you to the Gaia Hotel, from the beginning of check in I was allowed to enter at 12.45 I was surprised, even though it was said to be a gift from Ka Silpia, then not long after that the beautiful complimentary cake came, Thank you for staying at Gaia Hotel Bandung. I am very happy to be able to enjoy a special experience for 1 day with us. I hope to stay for a week here if possible hehe,

First time staying at Gaia, first impression is the luxurious lobby, fast service, comfortable room, delicious food, lots of outdoor activities, can feed fish, swim, etc. Suitable for those with small children, there is also a playroom. Forgot to try the jacuzzi, gym, etc. because it is so spacious 😂
