Friendly reception. But pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the floor is also covered in moss. The toilet inside is yellow. Dirty sink. Please note. People stay overnight so they won't be disappointed 🙏.

Checking out for 117 turned out to be an outside bathroom and that wasn't stated in the description. Then upgrading the room adds 130, isn't that crazy? Even though I took it from 9 pm. I've upgraded the room and the room I was given was really dirty. The water smells like a well and makes it itchy. The AC makes a really loud noise. A hotel that costs just around 200 should be of top quality. This doesn't make sense at all, the price is the same as the facilities you get. For those of you who want to come here, it's better to think about it first. Just once, you won't come back again.

Thank you Mr Parjono for the review you gave. Regarding the description of rooms with outside bathroom facilities, it is actually already available in the Traveloka application. And coincidentally our receptionist tried to explain directly to Mr Parjono. Meanwhile, for dirty rooms and smelly bathroom water, we will immediately repair them again. Lastly, the noisy AC unit is probably due to the sound of the indoor fan being set to the loudest position, plus the location of the AC which is right above the bed, so the sound of the fan motor is a little annoying for you. But we are committed to fixing the problems that Mr. Parjono experienced so that in the future, when Mr. Parjono returns to stay at the Winner Hotel, he will be much more comfortable with the services and facilities we provide.

Very far from other hotels. Even though at the same price. As soon as you open the room door, wow, the smell is stuffy, the small bathroom is cramped and smells of sewage (even though it's on the 2nd floor), the floor of the toilet, wow, is slippery and black, buckets of slippery items. Please, please check the hotel for cleanliness and facilities.

Kamar mandi mungkin jarang dibersihkan. Check in dengan KTP suami yang belum diganti status tapi tidak ditanya tentang status pernikahan. Apa mungkin ini salah satu hotel yang customer nya adalah pasangan yang belum menikah? Dari beberapa hotel yang pernah saya pesan, baru kali ini sih tidak ditanya tentang status dalam KTP. Padahal status di KTP suami saya masih bertulisan belum kawin/menikah, tapi tidak dipertanyakan. Selebihnya oke sih.

Feel cheated. The economy room is not explained with an outside bathroom, instead the photo of the room is given a photo of the inside bathroom. The room upgrade turned out to be the price used, not the price paid.

Staff was friendly, the hotel location is perfect right in the middle of the city, close to anywhere. Hot water worked. I'm not expecting that much though, but they must improve cleanliness on the bathroom and I stay for 2 days but they didn't clean my room and didn't give complimentary water on the 2nd day, but I don't know, do I have to give my key if I want my room to be cleaned? So far, all is good. Will be back soon.

Actually, we do the procedures for make up rooms (including completing and replacing supplies and amenities) every day for extended guest rooms like Mr. Tito. But it was our fault, from the start we didn't remind to leave the room key at the reception when Mr. Tito left the hotel for this we apologize profusely. In the future, we will try to prevent this from happening again, Mr. Tito.
