The male staff is a bit rude, but the female staff is kind and honest, offering a better room than it should be. The bedroom and bathroom are very small (according to the price). The bathroom is not cleaned properly because there is still hair in the drain. Blankets are not provided and must be requested. When requested, only a very thin spring bed cover was given. Overall, the facilities are according to the price. It could be an option for a cheap overnight stay in Jakarta.

Cold AC, safe hot water, there is an android TV. But there is no blanket, only 2 towels and the TV is not connected to wifi. There is no mat so after coming out of the bathroom the floor is wet.

I booked a single room on the 8th floor. I don't know if the single room is only on the 8th floor or on other floors. I was in room 802. The room was actually clean and comfortable. But at that time the lights in my room were not bright enough (there was a problem with the lights) and the AC was not working properly, it only felt like a fan. Luckily there was a window that could be opened wide, so it could help cool it down. The hot water worked well. For me who is a backpacker, it is still okay if it is only for sleeping, but maybe the readiness of the facilities can be improved.

Wifi was listed as available, but receptionist gave us a room on 2nd floor and said wifi isn't available on that floor, how can it say wifi is available but then not be available? I've paid for it but not received it.

in the app I ordered a deluxe double room when I arrived I was given a single deluxe room, it said the order in the app was different from their system, so actually I lost out because I paid for a double room but the diction was a single room, what can I do, what can I do, so I finally rested in a cramped space and waited in line in front of the reception for almost an hour, maybe because it was high season. the room was very clean and still smelled of paint because it was a new building, thanks

The hotel staff are friendly, but for guests who get rooms on the upper floors, it is very uncomfortable because they have to use the stairs because the lift cannot be used. The car parking is also inadequate.

+ Location on the side of the highway. close to Mangga 2 square. Around many places to eat.
+ Top hot water. Works well and the water is strong.
+ Cleanliness is still OK.
+ Closet already has a bidet
+ TV is very good. Clear
The funny thing is there is not a single pillow. But finally given after asking. ππ
- The elevator error cannot be used. I whose room is on the 6th floor had trouble going up and down the stairs. π₯΄π₯΄
- The location does not match Google Maps. And deviates quite far. Makes you tired for those who don't bring a vehicle. ππ₯΄π₯΄

The room does not match the order we submitted, when we arrived there the hotel informed us that the rooms that matched the order we made were full and we were given a room that did not match, was there no synchronization from the application with the hotel?
