Bad experiences:
1. Apparantly the hotel is very old.
2. Hot water in the shower is not 24 hrs. Very very bad. It's on only from 4 to 10 AM and 4 to 10 PM.
3. Old aircon. It sounds very noisy from outdoor ac unit.
4. TV channel is limited.
5. Curtain is dirty and sheer
6. The breakfast variety is limited.
The milk is not fresh. It's just Dancow. powder milk.
7. The ambience of the restaurant is hot.
8. In the google, there is swimming pool of this hotel, but it's just fake.
Comfort experience:
1. Mattras is comfy. Nice to sleep
2. TV screen (about 40 or 42 inch)
3. AC is cold, even though it sets to 27 C
4. Recepitonist and Restaurant Staff are friendly
Personally I don't recommend this hoyel to stay, especially if you check in after 10 PM.

Wi-Fi doesn't work, there's no elevator, the closet is broken, the hot water doesn't work properly, it doesn't match the hours listed, the door creaks, there's no soap and tissues, the service is poor.

I don't know why the undercarriage is not very clean. What I like is that it's in the city center so you can walk anywhere. And what I like is that there's a bathtub, so when you're tired after walking around the hotel, you can just soak in warm water.

The toilet water is not working properly, the AC keeps making noise because it probably hasn't been replaced since the Majapahit era 😫🤭, but for cleanliness, the staff, and the food, thumbs up 👍

Check in with the hotel under repair but the atmosphere is still comfortable and calm, for breakfast there are only choices available by the hotel. Maybe the windows need to be repaired because the room I used still uses nako glass

I have stayed here twice, before when it was still called Sahid Montana Hotel, I booked for 2 days, but I only stayed for 1 day, because the hot water was not working. Now with the name changed to Tuwuh Hotel, the problem is still the same, even though I deliberately chose a room with a reasonable price, but the hot water is still not working. Please Traveloka, reconsider this accommodation, because it is a scam. They promised there would be hot water facilities, when I wanted to book on the application, but in reality there was no hot water. So it was uncomfortable to take a shower. Cold!

The room is comfortable, only the toilet has a split, the water is sometimes small, I stayed here for 3 nights on duty, the TV couldn't be used, the engineering said it was under maintenance, the WiFi was also not optimal

The atmosphere is like an old hotel that has been renovated, the rooms are also in decent condition, some of the rooms are leaking, the AC needs to be replaced because it makes a scaly sound and cannot be turned off, the sitting toilet is also broken for the water, hot water does not come out.

The place is ok strategic to Malang city. The room is clean, there is also a backup toilet. But I didn't end up eating at the hotel, it's a shame the hotel didn't give me a place to exchange food at night. There were no towels at all. There was also no mat in the toilet.
