For me who has allergies, the hotel room is very clean
friendly staff, disciplined, very good service, also got compensation for the facilities that I should have gotten, our hotel room was upgraded and we got a luxurious dinner, Thank you very much :D

Overall is good enough. The room is clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the staff is nice and the service is great. My experience while staying at the hotel was during Ramadan. I took the Iftar package and all I can say the food at 209 Dining is delicious.

With an affordable price, we get a spacious room, a large bed, for us 2 adults and 2 children, 1 bed is very sufficient, cleanliness is maintained, friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out process without any problems, the right choice to stay here.

Access to the parking building to the lobby is confusing. Employees, especially the security guards on duty, seem less responsive in serving and underestimate the guests who come. Please equalize the standard of friendliness to all types of guests who come. For other facilities, so far it's okay.
