Need maintain the room facility

No meal. Because room only. But for price very affordable, only room need maintain again. The door to balcony to noisy

When I entered, I could smell a musty smell, the floor of the room and bathroom seemed to have never been cleaned (the floor of the room was sticky and the bathroom floor was full of spots). The room facilities seemed to have never been maintained (the refrigerator was moldy and some of the furniture had peeled off the coating). What was worse was that the room's AC was not comfortable at all (very hot) and made noise. On the first day I moved in (I booked for 4 nights) I had complained to the manager but the response was slow. I asked for the AC to be serviced even though I was in the room, but in the morning I contacted them and there was still no response. The apartment room manager, please check the facilities regularly. I asked to move rooms (because I know the room manager has several units) but it also couldn't be done because it was fully booked, please if you can't, please fix the facilities, if you can't, please refund. Don't just want the convenience in business. Thanks.

Apartment nya berdebu, kotor, ada kecoanya lagi. TVnya gak jadi, spreinya kotor.

Kamar bau, tidak ada perlengkapan mandi, handuk bau dan lama, nunggu check in nya lama karena kita ngga ketemu sama orangnya harus lewat wa. Jadi kaya siluman, pengembalian deposit lama dan harus di wa terus biar cepat di proses. Pokoknya ngga rekomen deh.

This room is very bad, the person is irresponsible when complaining and asking to move rooms. The room smells really bad and it's dirty everywhere. Unfortunately the building is strategically located at Simpang 5. But the maintenance is like this.

The CS staff is very unfriendly in dealing with lost & found guest items, to store items left behind, guests must ask. To pick up goods far from the apartment and when asked for the address for taking the response, it was not very friendly and kind.

Kebersihan kurang bersih. Tidak ada tisu dan sabun mandi. Cek in dan cek out slow respon tidak bisa cek in dan cek out di lobby.

Apartemen cukup luas dan bersih, fasilitas sesuai, harga terjangkau, pelayanan CS apartemen sangat baik👍

Pelayanan memuaskan. Kamar enak. Saran ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya 🙏

Perlengkapan mandi tidak tersedia. Minuman atau pemanas minuman tidak ada. Pemanas air mandi tidak panas. Harapan saya semoga ini diperhatikan supaya banyak konsumen yang merasa senang dan nyaman hampir menyamai hotel.

Untuk kamar dan lokasi memuaskan, hanya ketika check-in susah dan lama.

Yang ramah hanyalah petugas parkir dan security, pemilik apartement dan CS di lobby tidak sinkron yang mengharuskan kami 2x konfirmasi ke CS dan pemilik apartement, pemilik apartemen sepertinya tidak pernah memperhatikan fasilitas apa yang harus diberikan ke penyewa, air panas tidak jalan, tidak ada welcome drink walaupun sekedar air mineral, cukup sekali saja, cukup mengecewakan.

Management went wrong, until the CS receptionist threw it at the owner of the room, the key told the receptionist to wait a long time, he said he was not the manager, the room was dirty, the electricity went out at night, complaints were thrown at each other by CS and the owner.
