The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom also clean and hot/cold water working well, they don't have a phone in the room so if we need the staff, we should go to the front office. I paid the VIP Room which is for 3 persons, but the staff only gave us 2 towels, 2 mineral waters, and blanket for 2 persons. The staff was helpful, the hotel located in the center of pemalang and near to everywhere. But I think the hotel can perform much better than what they are showing now if they manage the hotel with more modern and professional approach. The price was cheap because they consider themselve as a semi professional hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, quiet, beautiful, the staff is friendly, the price is very affordable and you can bring your family, breakfast is delivered to your room, the facilities are complete, clean, there is hot water and the parking lot is very spacious.

The staff is very friendly, it's just that when motorbikes come in and out you can hear them from the room. It's a bit uncomfortable, not soundproof. And for the bathroom shower, the water is very minimal, and for watching TV/wifi the signal often disappears. Hopefully it can be improved again. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here 👍🏻.

Employees and staff are friendly. Comfortable place and affordable location in the city center. Prices are relatively safe. Private parking. The AC is cold and the TV has internet. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Good. For input, if possible, ALL types of ROOMS from the lowest price rate to the most expensive are given a coffee maker. Because the hotels next door all use coffee makers. Thank you🥰

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is really clean, I like it, this is always a family regular. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not enough food.
