Tge receptionist is very arogan I choice 1 large bed he gave me 2 bed, he said very easy room full and ask for smoking room also not available is very not recommendedhotel, never stay there any more.

After checking your booking through Traveloka, we noted that you chose a room with two beds and a non-smoking option, but you requested a room with a single large bed, which is subject to availability. As stated in your request, it was noted as"Request Subject to Availability."We have managed to change your room to one with a large single bed, but unfortunately, we could not fulfill the smoking room request as all smoking rooms were fully booked. After reviewing with our staff on duty and checking the CCTV recordings with audio, we found no evidence of any staff behaving arrogantly. In fact, it was our staff who received inappropriate comments from you due to our inability to meet your request. Surprisingly hotel nya bersih karena masih terhitung bangunan baru. Tapi agak keganggu kalo malam karena kamar tidak kedap suara, banyan seperti suara motor balapan dan bahkan acara di malam hari jadi sangat tidak nyaman untuk istirahat. Untuk breakfast nya yummy, dan fnb nya juga terjangkau. Cuman saran untuk ruangan agar bisa kedap suara saja.

Very spacious room with low price. Well design room especially with the quote art wall. We stayed for 2 days and we look forward to come back. And to Mr. Chef, the pancakes was yummy!
