“Baglioni resort Italian luxury nestled in nature”that’s how they promote, the marketing is well done 😅 Well if you are looking for the luxury it’s not at all the case!! I was very disappointed when just enter the reception, don’t say about design of the rooms how they are describing, it’s ridiculous 😓 For seven days of stay I saw new arrivals, the faces of people were so disappointed when the reception did a tour of the resort. As well it is mad what they are asking for the price is super expensive for what they are proposing. The pools are not with tails but painted, the color get pumped with bubbles from water, at the beach you will find nothing made for a comfort and service. Only one bar very poor made, two restaurants one Michelin where you won’t go everyday or with children, other restaurant you will get bored with the same menu every day, the food isn’t at the top. If I would be without my child I would request the cancellation and change the hotel.

My husband, 2 children and myself stayed here for 5 days and we absolutely loved it. The staff was very accommodating and upgraded us upon arrival to a more comfortable room. The beach is calm, shallow and has crystal clear water- the pool is peaceful and has 2 shallow kid pools in addition to the main pool. The property feels private and secluded, and although it was a busy time of year (July) it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the restaurants- especially the Michelin star restaurant Gusto. The location is good- however I do recommend renting a car if you plan on leaving the property to explore other areas. It is 1 hour away from Porto Cervo and 1.5 hours away from the port where you can take a boat tour of the beautiful Baunei Coast (the highlight of our trip). I would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to visiting again.

A very well-kept resort, beautiful nature. The employees are exceptionally friendly and well trained, very attentive. A beautiful beach, reachable in a few minutes on foot via a pontoon jetty. Thank you for the lovely time.

Not terrible, but very over priced and generally mediocre. Pros- friendly staff, Michelin star restaurant nice, massages good. Cons- terrible value, beach looks nothing like the pictures, everything is dated, badly located (and the hotel will try to over charge you for their “preferred taxi”- e100 for 12 min ride, e260 for 1 hr ride)

Since the First arrival here, the stuff/manager1/managaer 2 were very good, exceptional, awesome and love what they’ve done. I always said that I will return in the new years to come, never fulfilled those promises, this time, hoping things go smooth, this Promise will be fulfilled, Recomend to everyone in summer 2025 to visit this hotel, it will be a great experience
