We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel

The service here is second to none. The staff from meeting you at the front desk (Luigi) to everyone who works there, just welcoming and assisting. Mauro, our new friend, you were the best, most awesome driver and so appreciative of the way you helped us around Naples. We hope to come back and spend more time here.
The area is a little out of the way, but we found some lovely little eateries nearby and the free shuttle service and taxi options are very suitable and met our needs perfectly.

Awesome stay at the golden tower. Staff is very kind and friendly. They gave us an early check-in and a room with the beautiful garden view.

The staff was nice, goos customer service. The rooms were clean and good amenities. However, the location is more “industrial” not so much a walking area which is not too bad. The walls are thin and could hear the people next door even when they were in the bathroom.
The hotel overall is nice! Good variety for breakfast.

The staff all around was wonderful and provided exceptional service. Everyone was so nice. Presidential suite was very very nice. I loved all the amenities. I wish the indoor pool would be open to those staying within the hotel without extra cost. The restaurant was amazing as well as the food and service. Overall would stay here again and recommend.

Canadian couple adventuring Italy and were not impressed with this hotel. Located within an industrial area and is not safe. Wouldn't recommend walking around as our phone was pickpocketed, there is also prostitution within the area just around the corner of the hotel. The shower was not working within our suite and there was loud bass playing most of the evening, which the hotel would not accommodate a room transfer as their cleaning staff leave at 5pm. The overall hotel was clean and room had some upgraded features, however, I would not recommend for tourists or a couple getaway.

Great hotel and staff. Good food and drinks at their restaurants. Amazing views of mt Vesuvius! The room and property is really nice and clean. However, the area is not really great as there isn’t much to do. The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you to the city center and pick you up! I would stay again.

Great new hotel just outside Naples city center. They have a periodic free shuttle into city or it’s a €15 to 20 taxi fare. Spacious, modern, clean, well appointed rooms. Excellent customer service. Breakfast, bar & restaurant on site.
