Location to historic sites like the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Temple of Pompey are immensely close about 3 to 6 minutes by foot. The property is well maintained with free breakfast on their Roof Top lounge called Santa.
More importantly, it is the staff that made the entire stay memorable.
The gentleman named Marco in particular is the most professional, patient, accommodating, respectful, and courteous. He immediately satisfied my last minute request when I arrived. 10/10.
Overall I would recommend this Hotel because of its location, the complementary breakfast, the rooftop lounge, and most importantly, the people that work there.

A fantastic hotel, super comfortable bed, devine bathroom. But above all such friendly and helpful staff, in particular David on Reception, a true professional and deserves special mention.

This beautiful hotel is located within east walking distance of many of the main historical sites. The staff are all excellent, and from check in to check out the service they provide is incredible. The room was spotlessly clean and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop bar is a fabulous way to start the day and then returning on an evening for the amazing cocktails cannot be missed! The interactive menu offered lots of choice and the Saffron Gimlet is up there with the best cocktail myself and my partner have ever had. We only stayed for three nights but will definitely return, and next time for longer. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay so perfect.

Perfect central location to see all that Rome offers. Front desk staff were uniformly helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The wait staff for the included morning breakfast were also excellent.
Rooms were comfortable with great shower pressure. Overall great.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not entirely as advertised. Our room, bed and bathroom were fine, but there was a nasty big black mold stain on our bathroom ceiling. When we addressed the issue, they did move us to another room, but it’s confusing how they could miss such a massive black mold.
The roof bar/patio is really lovely, but you can only use it until 10:30am, and after 5:30. They also rent it out for private events which are loud and annoying.
The location is close enough to almost every attraction, but the street is quite ugly and garbage trucks early in the morning are super loud.
The front desk staff are pretentious and not all speak very good English.
Breakfast buffet is decent.
None of it worth $800/night.
