A glorious find. The hotel is a wonderful location, just across the river which provided a lovely stroll to the busier parts of the city. A beautiful historic building - my room was spotless and quiet - the bed was very comfortable. There is a living room and coffee, tea and pastries are supplied. The breakfast is fabulous - something for every dietary requirement and taste. Staff are friendly- I will stay here again.

Great location and wonderful view. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted and relaxing when we came back for the evening. Good breakfast on the terrace. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. Very helpful staff and amazing breakfast with several choices. The use of reuseable dishes not only make it eco-friendly but very dainty. The bathroom was quite clean and modern. The shower stall however, could do with a floating or hanging shelf. A great experience staying here.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the Vecchio Palazzo and mostly unaffected by the (2024) ZTL (in case you arrive by car).
The staff was mostly helpful and the breakfast was very tasty.
Small negatives: (1) Parking around is not easy and quite expensive, so make sure you pre-book with the hotel; (2) Breakfast buffet is rich, but doesn't get replenished. Once item are gone, they are GONE. However, coffee machine makes great cappuccino; (3) would be good if the hotel had a water dispenser available 24/7.

Stayed one night only to see the town late in the afternoon and visit museums and monuments the day after. Provided all is open and you book your tickets in advance, it’s doable. The hotels is well located, clean, and the staff is nice and helpful. Good value for money.
