Rooms are small but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent, especially for an airport hotel. For those not wishing good food, there is the biggest Burger King I’ve ever seen just down the road.
My only grumble - Accessible room really wasn’t accessible as there was a step up into the bathroom. I was afraid I’d trip on it but fortunately I always remembered to step up. However, this would be impossible for a wheelchair user.

If you need to stay close to the airport at Turin, this is the best place. It’s a brief taxi ride that costs about $15. All other hotels are farther from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are basic - no frills - but affordable, clean and have what you need. There is a restaurant but I didn’t try it. There is a bar but it closes at 10 pm. The staff is happy to arrange a taxi for you to the airport (which opens at 4 am). I arrived late and had to take another flight out at 6 am and it was perfect for my needs. There is a lift and it seemed everything was handicap accessible.

Halls are dim and unlit. Front desk staff was rude and provided no information. Unable to get a taxi to provide service from hotel to Turin. Asked about hotel bar which was listed as an amenity; front desk directed to restaurant, which was currently closed, working staff there directed to front desk. There is no bar. Room service also unavailable even though listed as an amenity. Called taxi for early morning flight; was chastised by shuttle driver for not arranging them even though that service was never relayed to me by the front desk. Taxi from hotel to airport (around 1/2 mile?) was 30 euros. Nothing provided in room other than a single water bottle in mini fridge; no other food places around. Restaurant was mediocre and you have to flag someone down for any service. Only upside is close location to airport; would search for another close hotel in the future instead of repeating this visit.

On arrival, allocated room was in attic with beams in corridor impacting headspace. Room had no WiFi, roof window with no outside view, power tripped out when phone plugged into power and there was an old blood blot on the sheets. After some negotiation we were relocated to a room for individuals with limited mobility. Finally airport transfer, 2KM away was €50 each way… we chose to walk across the fields and along the side (no pavement) of the fast main road.

Jet Hotel is handy because it is close to the airport and is reasonably priced. They do not have an airport shuttle so you need to factor in an extra 30 Euros for the two short cab rides. The restaurant has an upscale type of menu that may not suit your needs after a day of travel. There is no bar and seemingly no room service. The staff were nice, but overwhelmed in the restaurant.

Excellent choice if you need to be close to the Turin airport. Very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant connected to the hotel was very good as well. Very happy with our stay.

The staff were nice and the room was well equipped but I can’t give a higher rating since the walls are paper thin. I had really disrupted sleep as I could hear everything the people in the next room did - unzipping bags and walking around the room.

I needed to be close to the airport. Staff was very helpful find me a taxi for the next morning. I also had an excellent dinner the night I was there. This is a good, clean, modern hotel.
