Guests must notify the property of their expected arrival time in advance, and confirm their arrival time by phone at least 30 minutes before check-in. The mandatory service fee covers a check-in fee for arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival.
