My favorite hotel in Japan. Booked at least 15 times to date. Close to train station. Friendly staff. Clean. Room has a mini fridge and a safe.

We recently stayed at the APA Shin Osaka Eki Tower. It was a bit hard to find the hotel since the nearby train station was huge and it was difficult to find the correct exit. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly. Also breakfast was available on the top floor which offered breath-taking views of the area. The rooms were clean although a bit noisy when the trains sped by. There several restaurants and a Family Mart nearby. Overall a convenient place to stay.

2nd floor room, very tidy and clean.
The location near to local train(3 min walk) and also JR train station(10 min walk).
Breakfast Buffet is good. The staffs are very kind.
The baggage can be stored at the lobby on the date for early arrival before check in and late departure after check out.

Suka. Kamarnya sih kecil tapi cukuplah karena saya traveling sendirian. Agak bingung untuk meletakkan koper karena saya bawa 2 koper dan 1 ransel besar jadi berasa ribet kalo semua dibuka. Entah kenapa rasanya apa hotel kok gak menyediakan pelembab dan handbody dalam bentuk sachet atau botolan di kamar ya? Enaknya karena air di wastafel bisa di minum. View kamar juga bagus menghadap ke kota osaka. Dikasih kimono buat dipakai tiap hari, jadi gak usah repot-repot bawa baju tidur kalo menginap di sini. Agak jauh dari shin osaka station, agak syok waktu pertama tiba dan mencari jalan ke hotel ini. Ternyata gak susah, hanya perlu mencari jalan saja dan akhir nya ketemu. Dekat hotel banyak sevel dan minimarket lainnya. Ada laundry room juga kalau mau mencuci baju. Microwave gratis di lobby dan juga bisa ambil es batu free. Menyenangkan banget tinggal di hotel APA ini. Terima kasih.

The staff so humble, clean room, great amenities, location just 2 mnt to station, near to convenient store. Have a laundry. Have a big space for room in Japan.

Nicely appointed rooms and very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful (They even helped bubble wrap an item for me). There is also a very useful cloak room where you can lock and leave your luggage yourself while waiting to check-in or before going to your next destination.
