Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids active. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hotel’s onsen was just what we needed to unwind. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and with all the comforts we could ask for. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, which made our stay even more special. AYA Niseko was a perfect base for our family trip, and we would love to come back again!

Fully equipped, clean and new. Not many restaurants around for dining in summer time.

Exceptionally good quality property. Good staff. Good private onsen facilities. Very quiet and peaceful in the “green season”. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located. You can just walk under 10 minutes to a number of restaurants for dinner Breakfast could be a lot better. It is very average. The room was very sizeable (2br 2ba) and clean. We liked the washer dryer in unit, as well as the fridge . Car service to and from hotel was comfortable and on time. 4 of us sat comfortably in an Alphard- 3 big suitcases 1 snowboard bag.

One of the best ski hotels at which I have stayed. Ski valet is awesome. Beds were great. Showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is perfect.

Property was really good but staff was very inflexible with room stay and late checkout even though the hotel was at 10% capacity. It was sad that this was the case as it was a really nice place.

Everything was excellent besides the fact that Front Desk was a bit inflexible when giving us a late check out of an hour and half later than the specified time. They did give us the extension but staff was not particularly friendly.

My friends and I go to this hotel every year during ski season. I have been stayed in this hotel for past consecutive four years. This is my first time to drop comment because I have to do it this time. I do like this hotel in terms of location and property condition. Service is overall good. EXCEPT.... the hot spring spa... that's getting worse, worse and worse every year. The first time of the case was that my wife/friend was enjoying hot spring but suddenly two female wearing swimming suit going into the hot spring. My wife told them it's not allowed in Japan hot spring but they insisted and my wife had no choice to leave and told the hotel staff. The recent cases were really shock - one female was bringing her mobile phone inside the hot spring (remember that all other female were wearing nothing) and keeping to watch her mobile; one girl was wearing underwear going into the hot spring. This time... my wife had no choice to report the cases to hotel staff. What the staff response was they had put the user's guide inside the hot spring and they could do nothing if their guests didn't follow to do. I don't agree with that. Actually, who will see the user's guide (a small piece of paper) in case if it's noticeable before using the hot spring!!! I have stayed over 50 different hot spring hotels in Japan and most of the hotels will give me the hot spring guide during check-in so that I can be reminded about this. So AYA must bear a lot of responsibility about aforementioned.
