It is a pretty standard, well run Japanese chain hotel with good service as usual. The rooms and the public area is tight and the location is excellent. Tsukuba was fully booked at the time of my stay.

Property was located next to train station so very convenient. Amenities were nice and room was clean. My dislike of the room and hallway was the smell of cigarette smoke even though i requested a non smoking room.

We always stay here more than 10x a year. The location is right next to the station. It’a very convenient to all places. Unfortunately, this time we didn’t like our stay. When we checked in we saw our pillows with 3 strands of hair.

部屋が綺麗で、スタッフの方の対応もにこやかでテキパキしていてよかったです。筑波に来るときはまた泊まろうと思います。朝、支度をしていると急に靴が壊れて焦りましたが、車で5分くらいのところにララガーデンがあり新しい靴を買えたので助かりました。

The hotel was nice and the staff were excellent. There was no gym/fitness center and no air conditioning (only heat that was too hot). I'm allergic to down (feathers) and they did not have nice options for feather-free pillows.
