The location is quite good in Osaka
The staff are friendly and courteous and speak English rather well. The room was decent but it wouldn’t be nice to be given some water and better amenities (usually Japan hotels are quite good about this)

Within walking distance from the main shopping street in Osaka Shinsaibashi area. Given the price...it's definitely worth it to stay at this hotel.
Hotel staff are friendly and were helpful with our luggage on our check out day (we left our luggage at the hotel concierge from 11am check out timing and pick them up only at 7pm).
Also during check in...I accidentally booked a smoking room and the hotel staff were nice to allow a room change when we arrived. An overall pleasant experience stay.

very value for money! staff are friendly and accomadating too. the room is small as with most budget hotels in Japan, but they make really good use of the space. location is awesome too - you can pretty much walk to central locations, which saves a lot of transportation money. would stay here again!

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. The closest subway station has easy access to Shin Osaka (for the bullet train) and Namba (for the airport line) stations. All the staff are very polite and friendly, the receptionist speaks good English. The room is clean and tidy. Standard room amenties are provided and they give a special amenity kits for ladies upon check in. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is close to the subway. The rooms are a good size. The bfast is continental Japanese/Western. They are in walking distance to a 7/11 (only international ATMs in Japan other than Post Offices). They got me on the 1000¥. English language movies because there was no other English TV & after 2wks of all Japanese TV (very low budget panel game shows & crazy commercials) I needed a break. I'm grateful for the unlimited movies but 1000¥ for 5year old movies is a little steep! Especially if I can't watch more than one at the end of 12hr+ day of sight seeing.

Small room but it's the average of what we can find in Japan.
Very clean. Beware of the hotel's parking. I used a small KEI car but it couldn't fit in the parking. If you have a regular sedan, non KEI car, maybe it won't fit in.

The best part about Daiwa Roynet Yotsubashi is the breakfast buffet with its made to order coffee, French toast, and assorted Japanese favorites like natto and grilled salmon. The service is outstanding, too. Loved using the fully automatic laundry machine. And it's across from a great little udon restaurant.

the size is surprisingly big for japanese hotel. Location is great to explore shopping and food. However, staff would call you at 11am on the dot to ask you check out and remind you a charge if late check out 10mins. Couldn't wait to get rid of you was a shame.
