We love every bit at this accommodation! Very recommended. Complete amenities, nice and serene ambience, within the city, and beautiful view of Mt Fuji.

The property itself its alresdy amazing. We can enter the onsen next to the village by the cupin received during check in. In raunybdays we can easily go to supermarket and buy food to cook for the whole day!! When its sunny day, Mt Fuji view is stunning!! We love the balcony and enjoyed sun bath for dlfew days!!

This place is incredible! Check-in was a breeze, and the space is perfect for our family of four—everyone loved it! Our room offers a stunning view of Mount Fuji, and the private and public onsen is simply wonderful.

The cabin was very nice. I was late to check in by 10 minutes but I let the front desk know and they gave me another option to pick up my key. They ended up waiting for me anyways which was very sweet of them. Had a great stay!

Exceeded all expectations. The property is immaculate, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are massive even by Western standards.

Great hotel

Unique house made with all woods, very clean and comfortable. Front desk workers very helpful and friendly. We only stay one night to see Fuji mountain . But I have the best sleep here during our Japan trip .

I am a stickler for bathroom cleanliness and when I noticed the tub and shower floor not cleaned to excellence I was disappointed. The property itself was beautiful however and had good ameneties. The check in process was somewhat unclear and confusing with the hotel across from the cottages. There was a lack of signage to make it clear which place to check in. I got my keys from the hotel across the cottages checking and then had to check out at the cottage. Wild. But again in spite of these issues I experienced, its overall an impressive place and would recommend.

Hidden gem. This is a great location and place to stay. Would stay here again for sure. Amazing!

This place is amazing, looks just as the photos described. Super clean and lovely place, the staff was also friendly. Only downside is that they don't allow tattoos on the public baths, which isn't uncommon, but it wasn't stated on the description which made me think they weren't a problem. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were great and spacious and the onsen was fantastic as well! We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we feel very welcomed here. If we were to come back to the Mt Fuji area we will definitely choose this accomdation!

Great facilities for Onsen. Immaculate property overall.

This property was a last minute booking for an overnight stay and we couldn't have loved it more. Spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The private soak tub was a lovely bonus! The log is a little tricky to find at night as it's reception is located within a rear carpark, so plan ahead.

It’s good place to enjoy, near the amusement park, hot spring, some restaurants, shops.
