毎年年末近くにはいってますが、今回はちょっとランクを上げたので、夕食が個室で落ち着いて食事ができてよかったです。
スタッフの方たちの対応もとてもよかったです。

部屋に温泉と喫煙室のあるお部屋に泊まりました。大型テレビが2台、喫煙室の中にまでテレビがあったり、夜景を眺めながら入れる温泉に続く洗面所はふたつのシンク（洗面盆？）に男性用女性用ありとあらゆる基礎化粧品がありました。養毛剤やあぶらとり紙まであり驚きました。
お部屋も広く、ベッドも大きく、冷蔵庫にはちょっとしたフリーのスイーツが入っていました。
ホテルの方はとても親切。食事もほうとうやワインビーフ、テーブルの横で揚げてくれる天ぷら等、量が少ないとコメントを見て覚悟して行ったのですが、お腹いっぱいになりました。
大浴場は夜と朝で入れ替え制。館内全ての温泉を楽しめます。
想像以上に気持ちのいい滞在となりました。
またお伺いしたいと思います。

サービスが素晴らしい。従業員の方のホスピタリティが高く、写真一つ頼んでも大変丁寧に撮ってくれたり、誕生日サプライズのケーキをくださったり。また、部屋は静かで寝やすかった。通常、和室の部屋は、夜、怖く感じることもあるのですが、今回は全く感じなかった。お風呂も広くて良い。

これまでに何度か利用させていただいており、今回は数年ぶりに滞在しましたが、前回は新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大前だったので懐かしい思いがしました。
残念ながら館内の掲示物や接客態度は施設本位で、利用者向けとは違いように感じました。収益性も重要かと思いますが、顧客目線でサービスの改善を期待します。

建物が古くて、補修してない上に部屋、大浴場ともに掃除が出来てない。髪の毛、ホコリがいっぱい落ちてた。

部屋のタバコの臭いが酷かった。
チェックアウトの精算時、飲んでもないビールとお茶が加算されていて、その時の対応も良くなかった。
隣で精算してた人も飲んでない飲み物をプラスされていた。
