Really nice and convenient the subway is a 5 minute walk! Also being close to the Ohori park is very nice as well. Also appreciate the 24 hour staff

The place is a bargain, not only great value of a stay, but the 700 yen parking also can't be beat. There's just 2 insignificant issue I mentioned to the staff, 1. Shower in higher floors has lower flow, but still usable. 2. The corner of these rooms are a little dusty. Everything else is perfect.

Overall, a very old and run down biz hotel. Unless you have to stay here, I recommend staying somewhere else. Room is tiny and the bathroom is even more tiny.

Quiet neighborhood. Close to Ohori Park and the Fukuoka Art Museum. Also close to a 24hr supermarket. Subway station is a 5 minute walk.

Location near the subway and Ohori Park convenient enough. Staff were friendly. The interior is a little run-down but that doesn't bother me and everything was generally clean. The breakfast, although free, was disappointing: only two small bread rolls per person, sometimes with a boiled egg, sometimes without! I'd rather they charged more to do a proper job...

I stayed here in a pinch due to furniture delivery being delayed, because it's in my new neighborhood. It's pretty depressing! Dirty and dingy. The free breakfast they did a nice job with though, lots of items and tasty. Most of the guests were men in uniforms, machinery technicians and the like on business trips staying at the cheapest place possible.

It depends on what your goal is. If you are not the picky one, with just a place to sleep is enough, then this might be suffice, I think. The "hotel", which I think should just be changed into an "inn", has the basic amenities you would expect, towel, toiletries, teabags, etc. However, it was quite dark in the room, since the room was facing away from the sun. Though clean, it was quite old.

You paid what you get, good location about 5mins walk to subway station, restaurants and supermarket around,breakfast including I this price, but small room as most of Japan hotels, wifi only at second floor. Even in a no smoking room can smell some one smoke. It's okay for someone don't wanna stay in share bathroom hostel.

Close to Ohori Park and subway, bus stations, 7-11, post office, 20mins walk to Tenjin Station if you don't want to take the subway. Room not very clean (the boiler was dusty) but tidy, Shampoo, soap and hair conditioners in bathroom. Other amenities could be taken from the reception. Staff quite nice, free simple Japanese style breakfast and coffee machine available. Room has no view and poor sound insulation. Recommended for short stay for convenience and price.

오호리공원역에서 걸어서 3분거리에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 오래된 느낌이 나는 비지니스 호텔이었습니다. 객실내에서는 유선랜만 있고 WiFi는 설치되어있지 않습니다. 무료로 제공되는 조식은 간단한 일본 가정식으로 그냥 무난하였습니다. 근처에 걸어서 3분거리에 슈퍼가 있고 5분거리에 오호리공원이 있어 좋았습니다.

2 single beds with only 1 foot space between them so overall a very cramped room and very cramped bathroom but considering it was very cheap (the cheapest place we stayed in our 11 days in Japan) I think it was good value. Very basic but what can you expect for the price. Free breakfast is Japanese style but we managed to find enough that my 4yo and I could eat. Short walk to subway station made it easy to get to. We only stayed 1 night but I think it would have been fine for a longer stay.
