Nice hotel with reasonably sized rooms. Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing as western elements such as bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs were cold or room temperature at best, and the scrambled eggs were too runny and needed more cooking. Also the toasters were incredibly slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return next time in Tokyo

Staff is polite & very helpful, help me to call taxi. The lawson convenience store inside the building is a bonus. Hotel is new, washroom is clean. My room view facing the river is great. 3 minutes walking to Train station, 6 minutes walking to fish market. I didnt try the restaurant on lobby but it looks clean and comfortable. Will return next time. If you wish to line up for 壽司大 at 5am, this Jal city will help a lot due to the short walking distance to Fish market 魚市場。

The room was quite small ans there was no wardrobe to put clothes in.
The plug in system was exclusively japanese, or USB, so make sure to have an adaptator or the right cables. Otherwise, it was perfect : good location, convenience shop open almost 24/24, very clean etc.

The hotel was clean, modern and in a good local with very helpful staff. The only complaint that my family had was that the supposedly 'hot' dishes at breakfast were not kept warm enough to even call them warm. If they fixed that, it would be 5 stars

Great hotel. Very clean and enough space in the room. Had a great view over the city which was lovely at night.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
Great Lawson’s (deli) downstairs that’s open 24/7. Lots of options for food and drink.
A quiet area but close transport to go to any of the busy places. It was a welcome relief to find some quiet Fter the business of the main areas.

Nice no frills. Only disappointment is a very rigid checkin and checkout. I was early by an hour and there was a charge if i wanted to check in. Never have i experienced that travelling the world. I guess its better to go with anbetter hotel brand

Good sized room for Tokyo and ability to park two beds together helped with toddler.
Nice shower and bathroom overall.
There’s a convenience store on the first floor and the walk to Teamlab is just minutes. Overall, a nice place to stay if you have to be in Toyosu.
Only negative would be that they seem to cater to large tour groups that seemed to crowd the lobby and elevators often smelled of smoke.
