観光には向かない立地。駐車場も無く、移動が不便。アメニティの選択肢が偏っていて、ここでも観光利用では物足りない。東急グループホテルを、全く感じる事が無く、料金の安さ以外、特に目立つものがなかった。

今回、アプリで禁煙のセミダブルでお得な宿泊費だったので事前予約をしました。アプリでの申し込みは大人1人、未就学児1人での予約で、予約確定したので当日ホテルへ行くと、到着して早々にわたしの名前を聞き受付の人が一言「当ホテルはシングルしかベッドがございません。ですので、1人しか宿泊できませんので次から気をつけて頂きたいです。」と。は？と思い、気をつけるってどう気をつけるんですか？わたしはアプリに書いてあったプランをそのまま予約しただけだし、アプリにはセミダブルのプランがあったんだしシングルしかないなんて知らないです。それに、1人しか泊まれないって、予約時に大人1人以外に未就学児も1人ってきちんと記入しましたよ？予約確定してから、当日までだいぶ時間ありましたよね？気をつけての意味がわかりません。ないならないで、だったらこちらのホテルとホテルズドットコムさんとの契約を結ぶときの問題でしょ？こちらに言われても困ります。と言い返しました。すると、はい、そうです。大変申し訳ありませんと。初っ端からほんと気分の悪い対応でした。部屋も、脱衣所も、お風呂も全て中年のおっさんくささ、はんぱないし。最低、最悪ですね。二度と泊まりません。
