That's enough, but if you go with 2 people, I recommend the hotel. There are few bathrooms.

Not far from JR Hakata, about 600 meters. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor.

Not far from the station, about 600 meters, bunk bed accommodation. On the second floor, there is no elevator.
