I stayed in one of the rooms with the open air bath on the balcony, and it was one of the best views I've had at onsen. The room was great! I thought the men's public bath was a little run down, but still enjoyable. My wife thought the women's was very good and didn't mention any issues. I hope they can fix it back up because it's a beautiful hotel! I would definitely go again for the same room we had!

他所のサイトのクチコミでは、設備が古いだのボロいと言った、ネガティブな意見が見受けられました。
実際に伺ってみると、確かにそれらを否定できない点はありました。
それでも、ホテルの駐車場は満車状態で、人気の宿なんだと感じました。
時間帯のせいだと思いますが、大浴場も檜風呂もそれほど混んでおらず、ゆっくり掛け流しの温泉を楽しめました。
夕食のビュッフェも種類が多く、高齢の父も満足しておりました。
滞在中、スタッフの方の対応で嫌な思いをすることも無く、快適に過ごせました。

館内はとても綺麗で、スタッフの方もサービスも良く、ビュッフェも美味しくてとても満足です。お風呂も広くてゆっくり入れてサウナもありとても良かったです。サウナの後のととのいの椅子が置いてあると、もっと良かったと思います。是非また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

食事と温泉が良かった。食事は味と質が高く、福島の郷土料理もあり、とても満足した。特に夕食の福島牛ワイン煮がとても美味しかった。

1泊2日で滞在しました。到着後の手続きはスムーズでしたが、リラクゼーションのマッサージ空き時間をフロントで調べられないということで四苦八苦しました。
温泉は男性風呂は広くて快適でしたが、老朽化からなのかいくつか洗い場が工事中でした。女性風呂は露天風呂がトップ画の絵なのですが、妻曰く防犯対策で柵がたくさんあったため開放的では全くなかったとのことでした。食事はバイキング形式で夕食、朝食いただきましたが、種類も味も大満足です。
芦ノ牧温泉であれば、またこちらに滞在したかと思ってます。

ホテル施設が全体に多少くたびれている感じがします。
泊まった部屋にコンセントが少なくて携帯の充電が不便、
Wifiが無い、浴室のシャワーホースがカビで汚れてる等
気になりました。
