I stayed at the New Osaka Hotel with my family during our trip to Osaka, and the entire experience was delightful. The hotel was located near Shin-Osaka (biggest train station in Osaka) and two mini-markets, 7-11 and Family Mart. The receptionist and housekeeping staff provided a great service from the start. For the food, it was a fairly normal Japanese breakfast, nothing remarkable, but feels like home. Overall, a pleasant experience there; 4,5 out of 5

The location is close to Shin Osaka Station, but to enter the hotel lobby you have to go up the escalator in a circle, and we are carrying big suitcases, so I think we should swap the escalator to the one closer to the station.

Near Shin-Osaka Station, the lobby is on the 2nd floor, the escalator is in front, the staircase is at the back, clean and spacious, the maid comes to clean and change towels and pajamas every day.

I was happy cz I got upgrade room for free from single to premium. I stayed 3 nights. And the room was beautiful so Japan Style with woods furnitures. The breakfast I hope once you separate the Halal Food and Non-Halal food, so Muslim visitors can enjoy staying plus eating. So Near from Gate 7 Metro Osakaandg central Gate Shin-Osaka Station. Ang Family Mart and 7eleven.

The room is quite old but the location is great and easy access to the train station. The staff are also helpful even though some can not speak english but she tried to communicate with us using a small translator.

Very close to Shin Osaka train station, walk about 3 minutes. Very close to the seven eleven supermarket. Enjoyable stay at the New Osaka hotel.

Really close to shin-osaka station. You can see the hotel from the main entrance of that station. The room is clean and spacious for one person. I can open my big luggage here. Bathroom is spacious too. Bed is a little bit hard, but that’s not a problem. The staff is really nice, and they speak english well. I love to stay here :)

The hotel is a classic hotel, to take the elevator to the destination floor you don't need a tap card. Near Shin Osaka Station. Just walk. Room is spacious.
