Location 1 stop from Osaka / Nishi Umeda station. Hotel is just beside Higobashi station, take exit 2. With the same line, you can reach Namba/ Shinsaibashi in 10 minutes. Near hotel you can find Matsuya (yummy and cheap) and Udon restaurants, plus starbuck and 2 minimarts. Hotel itself are clean and tidy. Value for money

1. Reserve a room 5 months in advance, double room (2 people) Check in at 22.00 hrs. When entering the room, what I found is that all the utensils are for 1 person, so inform to the Front to wait for it to be fixed, which takes a very long time, almost 20 minutes. The school should be prepared, not for guests to wait like this. 2. The window is not open by itself Had to weigh and unlock the key, which waited a long time If you definitely can't open the window Suffocation in the parlor 3. Breakfast for 4 days. Menu never changes. The food to choose is very little, the taste has been many times since going to Japan. Breakfast per head, if not included, each reservation is 1400 yen per person. Which is considered very expensive 4. Only loud, chaotic tours. If you want to choose the atmosphere to visit Japan but think that you are in China, then you can choose here. Overall, give 1/10 points.

The hotel has good location, 5 steps away from subway. The room is not that spacious as any hotel room in Japan yet still comfortable and clean. The bed is spacious for 2 person. The air conditioner was not too cold for me.

Good location, near subway and I can transfer to Umeda station. In the morning you can see salary man walking a lot. Room size big more than another hotel in same rate.

The hotel is close to Subway, just outside the city. But entering the city, walking very far because the station is not the main station Opposite the hotel is Starbucks. Beside the hotel there are seven good prices, not expensive but! Lose that the employee does not have any service at all Speaking English is not difficult to communicate. Not very convenient No kindness if going to Japan again. There is no way to definitely return to this hotel.

Advantages: 1. The hotel is clean and tidy. Food is available in Western style. Japanese style (rice Saba fish, egg, sweet), bread, salad, etc. 2. Leave osaka metro subway, yotsubashi line exit2, turn left. See 7 & 11 and the hotel. 3. Leave the bag for free. 4. Stay in the area to find something to eat easily. Opposite to Starbucks. Disadvantages: List of repeated meals like this every day If many days can be bored

Although small but complete. It's worth the two of us in the same room. Near Higobashi Station, helpful staff. Inside the hotel there is a coin laundry. Not bad if anyone needs to wash clothes while in Osaka. To go to KIX, it's easier and cheaper to take a taxi to Herbis Osaka and just take the limousine bus to KIX. If I go to Osaka again I will choose this hotel again.
