The room is quite small but fit all my belonging well. Fornt desk staffs were so helpful and kind. The hotel is next to Higashi shinjuku station so it is very accessible. Close to Shinjuku main area as well eithin walkkng distance.

Quite good location just a few steps away from Higashishinjuku but quite a walking distance to central shinjuku. Very Good amenities for a 3 star hotel.

This hotel is very near station, and if you want go to Shinjuku you can go by walk. Near Kabukicho tower. Nice place to stay around Shinjuku.

Good value hotel in Tokyo. So close with subway. Quite area. Best amenities (Hotel really support our skincare product). Absolutely will come back to Sunroute Hotel

They changed the name to Fresa Inn. No obvious sign about the changed name, wifi sucks, room a little bit dusty, and no channel TV lists.

Very nice hotel. Right on top of higashi-shinjuku metro station (exit A2 if not mistaken). The room is quite small. We travel with 1 large suitcase and 1 cabin and we have to play tetris a bit with the room to fit everything. However location is more important for me because we only used the hotel to sleep at night so the tight room and small bed is OK in exchange for good location and the convenient. The hotel is located in large street and you won't missed it. But we hear loud siren noises sometimes being in shinjuku, not too bothering but that's what you get for being on the big road in shinjuku area. Hotel cleanliness is standard in Japan. Room abit dark the window in not too big.
