I invited my sister to spend year-end to New Year’s celebration with me in Yokohama. We were lucky to be able to find accommodation for this last-minute decision. The location was very convenient for all sorts of entertainment and the hotel staff made our stay extra comfortable.

As our 1st time in Tokyo, this was a joy to stay here. Staff was polite and helpful, The food options were abundant. The location so close to all transportation but also within walking distance of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. It was just a super pleasant experience all around!

This hotel is located directly across from the Yokohama train station with quick access via elevator and underground hallways. There are multiple restaurant options, and we tried two - breakfast in the morning on the second floor and cocktails and snacks on the top floor with a piano player and a beautiful view of the city. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, quiet and cozy.

I booked a city view we looked out onto a train station
We went to swim in the pool and it cost us 2,200.00 yen each and coolly use for 1 hour

I had wait for a long time to check-in, the first in the lobby area which if you sit at the chair you had to order something. I order a lemon soda and it's cost 1400 yen. Then I was took to 26th floor, Shelton Club check-in area, and told I can get some snack & drink. I was wondering why I couldn't be here, since I reserved The Shelton club room. The floor in the room has some uneven level under the carpet, and I almost tripped over a few times. I'm old and needed nice smooth floor. The place is not good as the onsen ryokan in Echigo Yuzawa, but it cost much high price. I stayed at Shelton a few times at other area, and this is the worst place. Staffs are not really good, maybe because it in Yokohama. I don't think I'll go back there, and find other hotel when I visit Yokohama in future.

The property is situated in an exceptionally convenient location, adjacent to Yokohama Station. The daily breakfast buffet is outstanding. It should be noted that access to the pool involves a daily surcharge which, unfortunately, also comes with time/availability constraints.

We finished our Cruiseline trip and stayed at Sheraton Bay Hotel for 1 night .Room is clean and space with two separate wash sink, located near Yokohama Train Station, love it ! Definitely , next time , will arrange longer stays at this Sheraton Hotel.

We had a great experience with this hotel. Some of our highlights:
- Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options to choose from. Food was very fresh. We loved the fresh orange juice and made-to-order omelets.
- Receiving 500 yen voucher for each day we opt out of cleaning service. We were able to use the vouchers on desserts at the hotel’s bakery on the last day of our stay.
- Very close to Yokohama Station.
- Very close to major shopping centers and dining options
- Our room had a great view
The room was a little smaller than other hotels we were used to, but it is considered big for hotels in Japan.
Overall, we would definitely book again for future visits!

The great difficulty and biggest problem is when arriving from the airport to YCAT bus terminal, one would have to lug your heavy luggage through the building, up and down several steep stairways and escalators, for at least 15 minutes, before arrival at your hotel. This is exhausting and very dangerous as one may fall. Changes have to be made. Thank you.

The rooms here are US hotel-sized, quite unusual for Japan. Anyway, was here for a conference, and found the hotel to be quite excellent. The breakfast was good, the room very nice (was on a "club" floor but not so much that I could get free drinks at the club), the lobby impressive, and the room priced acceptably. Right across the street from the Yokohama main train station and a hundred restaurants, convenience shops, and the like.
