Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

All guests are obliged to below hotel policies once your booking is confirmed. i. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. ii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. iii. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. iv. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. vii. Hotel will collect security deposit upon check-in (cash only). This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. viii. viii. Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes
Please be informed room will be held until 9pm on day of check-in unless you call ahead to inform of your late arrival. Otherwise the room will be released.

The AC is quite cold but the room is not soundproof.

Located in a rather quite part of town. Fret not, there's a few eateries around while Aeon and Tesco are also only a stone's throw away. Room is very clean and functional only problem is the water pressure at night, it becomes slow. Otherwise the stay was very good. Bare in mind their lobby shares with Brava Cafe.

All ok, only hotel if the night is noisy because of the noise from outside, loud music from the pub.

The place is good for short stay. The only problem is the surrounding is quite noisy with the sound of water heater from next room's bathroom
