It's a good place to stay. Close to Nu Mall KL Sentral and there are many food center. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Babul. He has a good manner as a receptionist.

Clean place, cozy as the hotels name, fantastic location, 24 hours laundry just next to the hotel, 24 hours bistro also very near to this hotel, KL Sentral Station just a throw away from the hotel makes us very easy to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful. They even help us finding the bust station and delivery my laundry when I forgot to take it. No charge for the late check out which is very great. Overall, I will give seven stars to this hotel.

Wow this is good budget hotel and they are staff so kind and greatful. I don't know who is the name that help me to take care my luggage and really kind help and so friendly. He was best staff for this hotel I think. All is OK. Best for us just to stay for budget hotel

The accommodation is relatively new hence everything is super clean and complete. We even had a medium sized fridge in our room. The staff are all friendly and super helpful. The location, quality, service vs price are UNBEATABLE.

The staff are like brothers to us and we know them on first name basis: Musyaraf the doorman/porter, Hj Amin who does housekeeping on the 3rd floor, Zubair, Minar Islami and Jisan at reception and also another doorman, Rahim. Special mention goes to Musyaraf, Hj Amin and Zubair who go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and hassle-free every time without fail. We have been a regular at Cozy Hotel for almost 10 years now and of late, the facilities and sevice have improved tremendously, not to mention its closeness to the mall, eateries (special mention to Burger John who uses Ramly patties, under the Kuala Lumpur monorail tracks!) and transportation hub. Perfect place to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur or transiting from Kuala Lumpur to other parts of Peninsular Malaysia. Highly recomended. From Roslan and Hanie, KK, Sabah

Recommended budget hotel to go near Kuala Lumpur sentral and LRT station. Many food stop surrounding the hotel and next to the laundry coin if you want to wash your clothes! Very helpful staff even you check in earlier or late. The nearest mall is nu sentral, just by walking 200 m.
