Location was nice, close to the LRT station, 2 min walk away from 7-Eleven, very near the Bukit Nans Waterfall. Amenities were just okay, couldn't find a toothbrush and if you're a tea drinker make sure you bring your own tea, the hotel only gives coffee. Overall, nice stay.

I had a pleasant experience staying here. The receptionist was very kind, the check-in and check-out process went smooth, he even recommended me the perfect transportation choice to go to the airport. The hotel is walking distance to Dang Wangi station, the surrounding area is quiet, and you can see Menara Kuala Lumpur in sparkling lights at night. Me and my friend got a free upgrade to a bigger room, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

I BEG YOU... DON'T COME HERE!! Lessons I learned.... Get used to reading REVIEWS before booking a hotel. Other people's experiences are a good teacher. Don't let any of your friends experience this again. I stayed for 3 nights / 4 days at Flora By Crossroads Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the conditions I experienced were as follows :
- There is no hot water,
- wifi cannot connect,
- very minimal lighting,
- there is a small animal on the bed,
- the condition of the rubbish bin is very bad,
- there are only 2 small bottles of soap / shampoo and solid soap,
- and not that I'm racist, but during my stay I didn't see any other workers, it's a small hotel run by a family of Indian descent.
- Only 1 person is on duty at the hotel.
- I lost the room key and changed the fee RM 20
- On the second night after returning from the tour, I found that the bath towel which was still neatly folded had 1 strand of hair, I felt something was wrong, I opened the folded bath towel to check, and when the folded towel was opened, there was a small clump of hair, I went down to the receptionist on the ground floor to ask for a change, they promised to send a new towel to the room, and oh my god, the same thing happened again, there was a lot of hair in the folds of the bath towel, I went back down to the receptionist, and it turned out that the first towel was still at the bottom, meaning a lot of the towels were not clean. They argue that they use a third party. That same evening we immediately looked at all the reviews about the Flora by Crossroads hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the results were very disturbing.
Because we felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness of this hotel, we decided to move hotels the next day. So, I hope tourists don't experience this. Happy holidays

The elevator smells, the glass in the room is dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned, but the next day when the room was cleaned, the glass was still dirty (bathroom door, room window), sticky marks from hands and other things from previous guests.

Book for kl tower view, but where's the view? The window was sooo dirty. Bathroom was floaded after shower. Please clean up the room properly. As the location is soo near the train.

Book a family room. The room is damp, not very clean, the bed pillows smell musty. The only plus is that it is spacious. There is no hair dryer. The location is a bit far from Bukit Bintang. Closer to KL Central

I was really looking forward to my stay at Flora by Crossroad Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. First, the bed was not clean, which made me uncomfortable and even itchy throughout the night. It felt like the sheets hadn't been properly cleaned or changed before my stay, which is very concerning for basic hygiene. Secondly, the water heater was inconsistent—it kept turning on and off. This made taking a shower quite frustrating, especially when the water suddenly turned cold. I hope the hotel management can address these issues for future guests, as the location and overall ambiance were nice, but these problems significantly impacted my stay.

The hotel is nice and quieter. Previously I had read reviews here so I was a bit unsure but I just decided to book it. It turned out to be beyond expectation, the hotel was comfortable, there were no strange smells (not smelly and not fragrant) just as expected. The exterior of the building is aesthetic hehehe. The hot water is always on, the staff are very friendly (especially the owner) there is nothing special. Access to everywhere is easy, whether you want to take the bus or LRT it's close. If you want to buy delicious food or coin laundry, there is one behind the hotel near the bridge. The area is quieter compared to Bukit Bintang which is very crowded (Previously I also stayed in the Bukit Bintang area for 2 nights). We also walked back and forth to the Petronas Towers several times. If asked in KL, would you stay at Flora again? 98% would 🫰

The hotel is very strategic, close to the Bukit Nanas monorail, close to the Dang Wangi LRT, those who like to use RapidKL are very busy here, easy to go anywhere, close to halal restaurants, good rooms, good staff, the price is worth it🫰I fully use RapidKL and am very satisfied🫰this New Year's experience for 2025. Minus the wifi is a bit slow but no problem.

Room and hall is humid and smelly, our room has water leak from window and the staff initiated to wipe it with white towel, the bathroom was moldy, please improve the cleanliness. Otherwise the staff are friendly, they also provided us early check in when we wanted to drop our lugage, and location are very accessible (was only around 200 m from LRT station).
