The hotel is very dirty, there are cockroaches, there are cigarette butts in the messy room. The mattress is itchy, we rent for 2 nights, we only sleep for 1 night and can't sleep.

Can find another hotel with the same budget that is cleaner. The air conditioner is leaking, the water tap is not on either. room not clean.
