As a tourist I feel comfortable with the hotel. From the fast room service, payment is also easy. However, because 1 lift is under repair, it takes a while to go down.

It was a nice and comfort hotel. We got the highest floor and best view as requested. The room is so spacious. The only minus thing was a cockroach in our room. The furnitures are a bit old but still fine

We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet is great. Location is perfect. Very near to tourists attractions, we can see petronas from our rom on the 22nd floor.

Everything is ok except the view to the cemetery. Close to everywhere. Close to twin tower, suria mall, saloma bridge. The view from the hotel can see half of petronas, if the tower can be seen from the front of the hotel. But yes, it is next to the cemetery.

First room we had the pillows and bed smelled bad, the hot water in shower was barely warm, so we requested a change of room. The next room still same smell and water barely warmer in the shower. Breakfast food was boring. Cleaning of tables the food was wiped onto the chairs and floor. This may have been a 5 star hotel 10 years ago but now I'd give it a 3 stars.

Hotel Maya is an older establishment and this shows in some of the facilities. It still represents good value overall with large well appointed rooms in a fantastic location. KLCC and the Petronas twin towers are just a stones throw away. We took one of the older unrenovated rooms which had the benefit of a bathtub in addition to a large shower stall. The hot water tap was barely functioning in the shower but worked well in the bathtub. Water pressure for shower and baths was good, but the water pressure for toilet flushing was insufficient. The standard of housekeeping was uneven during our stay. One day they forgot to give us a hand towel and the next day they forgot the floor towel. The front desk staff quickly resolved this for us. Other than that, standard of cleanliness was fine. The provided hotel toiletries had a lovely fragrance. The kettle they provided was unusable. While it boiled, it released bits of brown debris in the water the two times we tried to use it. Not sure if it was rust or some previous guest used it inappropriately to boil milk. (perhaps housekeeping should do a thorough check of the facilities provided in rooms) The lifts were undergoing maintenance during our stay. Only 2 of 4 lifts were operating. We had to wait sometimes up to 8 minutes for a lift to arrive on our floor during peak times of day. The hotel informed guests this would be ongoing till Aug 2025. The breakfast is pretty good as hotel buffets go, with quite a lot of variety. The service staff were friendly and helpful throughout. This made for a pleasant stay overall during our 4 nights at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur.

Everything is good, the place is clean, near KLCC and in front of it there is a food court with live music, but unfortunately the room is not soundproof, so the sound of the alarm from next door disturbs you until morning 😤😤

Hotel Maya offers a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodations. We particularly enjoyed our spacious room, which came with a bathtub—a nice touch for relaxation. The breakfast spread was good and satisfying; However, seating was quite limited when we arrived around 9 a. M. The area felt cramped, making it difficult to move around. Despite this minor inconvenience, the staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. Overall, it's a great choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in the city, though earlier breakfast timing might offer a better dining experience.
