This hotel is worth the price, and I like the surrounding area, not crowded and the traffic is good. Only in early morning that a little bit packed, beacuse there 's schools near there. The room is quite comfortable. Unfortunately unfortunately, there 's still dust here and there. Seems like the room was unoccupied for weeks. But overall, this hotel is good.

Staff not friendly. Room provided with disposable towel only. No FOC car park, need to pay flat fate. My 1st and last to stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel next to merdeka station. But the noise of passing trains can be bit annoying at night time 😝.

Very strategic hotel but very bad at air conditioner. Room 302. We stay for 7D/6N with error AC. Keep turning off after several hours in use and the maintenance don't fix anything just keep restart the fuse box

We stayed 4 days. The 1st day when we late checked id we just dropped the luggage and direct explore the city and came back late. Since day 2 in the morning we complaint about the smelly bathroom and asked to change the room, but staff not allowed due to full booked and told will send the staff to check the bathroom but the bathroom still smell bad. Even we open the bathroom door and main door of room to reduce the smell, it doesn't help. We can't open the window due to management rules. So for 4 days we always open the main door to reduce the smell, poor us. Also, when we asked to make up the room, staff only tidy up the bed sheet, not wipe the floor, we were so speechless. The room very dusted, first location was beside the main door, secondly was the equipment. You can see the picture I attached. For hotel team, please hire more people if you are lacking of housekeeping staff. I just saw also the newest review from google, still have bad experience in this hotel. Last, sorry to say but I really do not recommend this property.

Hotel refuses to change room while they noticed that the ac was leaking horribly like water running through pipe and flooding the room just after I enter. They asked me to wait for a technician to solve it and wasting my time to enjoy my stay. They gave no compensation for all the trouble I had to take. I found that the hotel rate wasn't up to the standard. Asking almost Rm300 per night for a room that slightly better than budget hotel with basic amenities. Besides voices coming from next door because of poor sound proofing & disturbing my peace, I had to go outside and queue just to iron my clothes at the level hall because it is shared. This is my 1st and last stay at the hotel. Not recommended to anyone.
